Jordan is a third-generation commercial developer with deep roots in the multifamily industry. He has spent the last 10 years in the multifamily space with extensive experience in underwriting , deal structuring, acquisition, construction, management, re-positioning, and ownership of multifamily assets. Prior to Doorpost, Jordan was partner at Collier Management Company in Augusta, Georgia. This was a family business that operated a large family portfolio and was a market leader in the third-party management space. Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Georgia and is a licensed broker in the states of Georgia and South Carolina.
Prior to working with Doorpost, Paul worked for Randy Hatcher and Carl Henson at MAU Workforce Solutions as a Business Development Manager. His exclusive focus was prospecting and managing the business development process for 6-24 month sales cycles representing $5-$25M in annual spend with large manufacturers. During this time, Paul learned the art of sales by investing 3 years in Sandler Sales Training – namely how to build rapport, establish an up-front contract with a prospect, understand a prospect’s pains, determine their budget, and empower the prospect to make an informed decision regarding a solution to their problem. After MAU, Paul worked for Jim Hull at Hull Property Group where he focused on landlord representation by leasing a portfolio of 30 enclosed shopping malls throughout the US. Throughout the last 12 years, Paul has build a personal portfolio of investment properties predominantly in Columbia County. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business.
